Orlan is a small, focused product built by engineers who think agents should not lose commissions to unanswered leads. No sales team, no call center — if you have a question before signing up, email support@orlanai.com and a person on our team will reply within one business day.
The product exists because the first reply wins. A buyer who texts about a listing is usually texting three other agents at the same time, and the one who answers first gets the showing. That is a timing problem, not a talent problem — and timing is something software can fix.
What we will not do
Let the assistant invent facts
It can only repeat listing details you provided. A made-up price is a complaint waiting to happen, so it is blocked at the source.
Pretend to be a person
If a lead asks, Orlan says it is your assistant. Deception is not a feature.
Text people who said stop
Opt-outs are permanent and immediate, and quiet hours are enforced per state without you configuring anything.
