Orlan replies from a dedicated business number registered for A2P texting, which is what carriers require. Leads see one consistent number.
Add your listings
Address, price, beds, baths, square footage, and anything else you want quoted. This is the only information Orlan is allowed to state — it cannot invent details it was not given.
Point your leads at it
Portal inquiries, yard-sign texts, or your website form. When a lead texts, Orlan answers the question they actually asked.
Orlan qualifies in conversation
Buying or selling, timeline, budget, financing, and whether they already have an agent — one question at a time, never a form.

When a lead asks for a human, wants to book a showing, or asks something Orlan cannot answer from your data, you are alerted with the full thread.
What happens after hours
A lead texting at 11pm is not ignored and is not messaged illegally. Orlan holds the reply until a legal texting hour in that lead's own state and time zone, then sends it first thing.
