TCPA & Messaging Disclosure
This page describes the text messaging program operated by Orlan AI through the Orlan AI service.
Program description
Orlan AI sends conversational text messages on behalf of licensed real estate agents. When a consumer submits an inquiry about a property listing, Orlan replies from the agent's dedicated business number to answer questions about that listing, understand what the consumer is looking for, and arrange follow-up with the agent.
Consent
Messages are sent only to consumers who have provided express written consent, either by submitting an inquiry form that includes a messaging disclosure, or by texting the agent's number first. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Each consent event is recorded with a timestamp and the exact disclosure text shown at the time.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Opt-outs take effect immediately and are permanent — no further messages are sent to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@orlanai.com.
Quiet hours
Messages are not delivered outside legal texting hours for the recipient's own state and time zone. A reply generated late at night is held automatically and sent the following morning.
Carrier registration
Messages are sent over A2P 10DLC-registered numbers, the registration mobile carriers require for application-to-person business messaging in the United States.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Sender of record
The licensed agent operating the account is the sender of record for messages sent from their number. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for full details.
